Return & Exchange Policy – NexaGood™

At NexaGood™, we want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy under the conditions mentioned below.

Return & Exchange Window

  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be eligible.

Return & Exchange Charges

Return or exchange charges will be applicable as per the product price. These charges will be deducted from the refund amount or added to the cost of the exchanged item.
  • Items below ₹1000: ₹80 return / exchange charge
  • Items priced between ₹1000 – ₹3000: ₹150 return / exchange charge
  • Items above ₹3000: Charges will be calculated based on the order value

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the replacement product costs more, the price difference must be paid by the customer.
  • If the replacement product costs less, the balance amount will be refunded after applicable charges.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed after the returned item passes quality inspection. The processing method depends on your original payment mode:
  • Online Payments (Prepaid): The refund amount (after deduction of return charges) will be credited back to your original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): The refund amount (after deduction of return charges) will be transferred to your provided Bank Account or UPI ID. Our support team will request these details once the return is approved.
  • Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
  • Items returned after the 7-day return window.
  • Products without original packaging or invoice.
